This extensive site is being redesigned; because there is so much, the general, commercial, or unrelated gardening material has been separated from Extension so updating can be done by segments. If you find dead links or other errors, please email the webmaster. Material is being updated and added, so please be patient and visit again. Please direct gardening questions to the master gardener sub domain (below). Whether you're a long time Florida gardener, or have recently immigrated from points north, if you're a passionate gardener, you're always hungry for more--more plants, more local information, more contact with others of similar interests; we hope this website will bring something new to you, and that you will share with us. This is a place to ask and answer questions, look at photos of what's blooming, offer seeds to exchange, hunt for an elusive cutting, or put together a car pool for next year's pond tour (or other neat garden get-away). Your input is always welcome. Pasco Extension and the University of Florida do not endorse commercial interests mentioned at this site, and have not tested the safe sprays. Our subdomain-- mastergardeners.pascogardening.com-- is a website all about Master Gardeners, and Florida Yards and Neighborhoods--both programs of the Pasco County Extension. See real gardeners in their own gardens, share their passions, projects, and problems. Ask a gardening question. Learn about the latest recommendations from the University of Florida. Lots of photos, rain barrel how-tos, local resources, links to UF horticulture sites, and much more--over 50 pages of information that really relates to Pasco gardeners. |
